Wendy's - Chattanooga

Since the middle of August we've had to visit Erlanger Hospital every couple of weeks. We have visited this Wendy's location every time. The ladies that work there are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! The food is always fresh.

There rude and I had a raw hamburger when I went back the manager was hateful and told me real hateful here's ur money back for the burger and slamed the drive through window.Parking: They r not letting anyone inside drive through only

The customer service needs some help but the area is clean, the food is hot, and the drive thru moves fast.Food: 4/5

This location can occasionally have rather long wait times. However, their service is almost always friendly and accommodating. I tend to order ahead on the app to save a little time in case I arrive and find myself in a long drive-thru line. The food is constantly good and my kids love the fresh fruit and oatmeal bar options.

Quick service however none of my biggie bags I just ordered has the nuggets yet had the sauce and when you call to make aware the phone rings and hangs up
