フィードバックを提供するWithout a doubt, the worst subway I?ve ever been to. The older lady working at 12:30 literally refused to make the sandwich how we wanted. Everything we requested for our sandwiches, she would ask why and criticize our preferences. She needs to be fired. Hire someone who can make a damn sandwich.
Sorry is right. You?re at a grocery store, go check out their deli instead. The guy that works there is awesome, not his fault that he?s their only employee and overworked. That?s a 3 person line, with 1 guy. Subway hates that employee and you, so go buy groceries. Let that guy chill, he closes early sometimes.
The black guy making the subs tried to start a fight with me in front of the other customers because I placed my order and walked down to the register while he made my sub. He thought this was disrespectful and tried telling me to leave and that he was going to make everyone else's food before mine (which didn't happen because I didn't allow it) but this guy is an absolute nutcase and has no business working in a customer service job where he deals with the public. He's mentally unstable and unfit for work and needs to be on disability. I don't understand how he even got a job.
Had a bad experience through the app where the order disappeared but the money was taken out of my account. The store manager was hostile when I spoke to her. I was given the area director's email and when I finally spoke to Victoria we had a long conversation where she promised to personally look into where my money went. Well I still haven't received that phone call and don't imagine I ever will. There's a reason everyone is better than Subway and it's not just the boring ideas or the high prices. Customer service sucks at most locations and after dealing with even the area director breaking her promises I now know why.
5 stars didnt even order anything bc my my mom was arguing and i was getting second hand embarrasment, My bad people.
