Subway - Chattanooga

Never open during their scheduled hours. Google says they’re open until 10pm. The sticker on the door says they’re open until 10pm. I have gone multiple times around 6-7pm and they’re never open. The big Neon “open” sign is always on as well. If you want good reviews, run your store right.

The young man who made my sandwiches was friendly and quick. The sandwiches themselves were outstanding. Food: 5/5

The staff was excellent. My only issue was that the sweet onion teriyaki salad I ordered had the meat placed at the bottom, with the dressing on top. Aside from that, the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and it has a great location to check out.

This place feels quite risky. While I was placing my order, there were fights breaking out. It seems to be getting increasingly unsafe to enter. I recommend being alert and aware of your surroundings, especially since Food City has left the complex.

Will not order from this subway again. Has ordered a foot-length meatball Sub and could also have been a six-inch. This is the second time something happened during online ordering. I guess if you don't?
