Dunkin' - Chattanooga

I have started stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning after dropping my daughter off at East Hamilton high school. The staff is always super friendly and has gotten to where they can recognize the regulars by name and order. Which in my opinion being as busy as they are is awesome! Great customer service for a chain company. Keep up the good work ladies!!

I really miss a freshly baked donut. Now, the donuts are just thawed out before being served, which makes them taste like they're a day old and stale. While the coffee is decent, the donuts definitely don't measure up. Food: 1/5.

I went and got a sweet tea with one pump of skim and two pumps of blueberry. I received a drink with error. Okay that fine. They re made it but then my second drink was a decaf ice coffee. I drink decaf because i have a heart condition. I took a sip and it was very strong so I knew it wasn’t decaf. When I asked the lady she said yes it was. I told her I can’t have regular because of my heart and she said “decaf is the same as regular” um… no it’s not.Dietary restrictions: The staff doesn’t know how to accommodate

I come here I’d say maybe 2 times a week, mainly because of it being closer and the deals. I literally order the same thing every time and it always comes out tasting different. Out of the last 4 times I’ve gotten it only one of them has been good. I get the Pumpkin Iced Sig Latte with French vanilla flavoring. It more than likely comes out tasting like watered down straight black coffee with NO sweetener, or pumpkin/cinnamon dust at all. Only taste it has is a burnt coffee taste. I think I may just stick to scooters. It’s a little further, and not much higher priced, but definitely worth it! Although, the Donuts and Snackin Bacon are good. The employees have always been nice.

I always order the same drink. It is most always delicious. I do wish they would bring back the salted caramel flavoring for the iced coffee.
