Cashew - Chattanooga

I have to say this was one of the best eating experiences I’ve ever had. As a vegan it’s really hard to find good food that is delicious but this really was amazing. I had the baked cheese sweet potato and the cheese garlic soup. Highly recommend, also if your not vegan this place im telling you will top any steakhouse/regular restaurant. Cheers from Orlando:

The best thing in the menu hands down is the Jackfruit nachos They are bussing. The chicken wrap is like a tuna salad didn't really like it

Cashew was my favorite vegan restaurant that I visited while in Chattanooga! It took me several minutes to decide what I wanted because they have sooo many good entrees to choose from on the menu. The Buffalo Bowl was packing flavor; well done!! I definitely recommend this menu item. It was amazingly delicious. Great vegan food. The desserts are delicious. Excellent customer service.

We were I town for the Ironman and weren’t sure what to expect for Vegan food. Cashew was a great find! Good food delicious flavors and our server Ella was so lovely. So good we went back the next day.
