It is little tricky to find the store because they don't have a bid sign outside on road and mall sign is covered with tree. My phone was connecting to network and was showing no bars. I spent quite time to fix but finally gave up and went to the Cell Plus . Mohammed greated me was very friendly and knew innediately what was the problem. Something new I found in store was kiosk for spectrum it was new before I new about shipping service they orovude. It is one stop store for a lot of services .Thanking you again for fixing my provkem.

Mohammed is awesome he helped resolve a phone issue I had quickly and smoothly and I ended up getting a new phone at no cost. Keep up the good customer service it goes long way. I went to another store before closing on New Years eve and they told me to come back since was having hard time to decide what phone and plan is good, so I was going home I saw this store little inside across Travellodge so I went inside, the guy was super helpful in deciding which phone to get then got my number port in get me free phone with unlimited internet hot spot Google one and Amazon prime and no tax plus got another line for 30 only and phone free. I would be coming to this store and will recommend other too plus they have kiosk for spectrum in the store and other services too
