Their order web site did everything but send the order, and staff knew little about the app. The sub was fine.

If you need to increase the prices of the subs, then go ahead and do it. There's nothing worse than paying for a sub that I've enjoyed for years, only to be disappointed by the meat being sliced so thin it's almost unnoticeable.
