Starbucks - Chatham

Every time I come in, they are always polite and say hello. I am happy to wait in line or wait for my drink since it is a new Starbucks with the majority of new employees that are still learning. I tend to order drinks that are on the secret menu , you just have to read the ingredients out to them so they are able to input it into the computer. They turned out well and I was very happy with the results.

Update: I tried a Caramel Frappuccino with Oat milk, it was very good. So glad they added oat milk to their nondairy line up. Almond milk in the Fraps have such an awful weird flavor! But the oat milk was like cream. I don't miss the dairy, yay! The service was okay this time. But the time before was so bad. I spoked to the manager and she was so good and corrected the problem. This is why I came back today. The frappucinos here have barely any flavor. I don't think they are adding enough syrup or something. Also, when i order them on the app, everytime i come to get my order, theg ask me if i want whip cream on top. Of course i do. That is how they are advertised. Why would they not want to make them as the photo shows? And it is what i ordered. I didn't say no whip cream. Also, the toppings, they dont put thd toppings on as the order shows. Maybe the owner is trying to be cheap. I dont particularly likr Starbucks anyway but the frappucinnos were good before at other Starbucks.

Love this place. Staff always friendly. Every Friday I treat .myself to an ice coffee after a crazy week of work. Staff look happy and they always have great music playing ????????????????

Wonderful new iced coffee options. 5 stars for staff taking all these wild orders. Wish for some vegan treats.

Staff are always so friendly and easy to talk to while waiting for my order in drive thru! Coffee is great and is always spot on!
