When I decided to add on extra toppings, I was charged $2.95 per topping, totaling $5.90 for two toppings. However, the website states that 18 extra large toppings are only $2.95 total.
15-20 years ago Jack 's was a really great place to get pizza in town. They had good employees, great pizzas and people with whom you could actually talk about the phone and person. It went down 100%, and there's nothing left. The last several orders were wrong and made even more difficult because people there hear nothing or understand what you say. I bought discs regularly years ago and thought how great it would be to get a piece of clear cheese today. No. The lady behind the counter was super rude, no greeting, no kindness of any kind. I asked about a piece of pure cheese, no, we didn't. Really? I don't want meat. No. Thank you. So I went without being able to grab a disc. I cannot understand why on earth you do NOT have a veggie or simple cheese option for slices at noon. It doesn't make sense because many people don't want pizza with meat. If the owner sees this, you really left the facility. All employees are not friendly, have no interest in being friendly and constantly making false orders. Jack used to be a super busy place every time I left, there were always many people. It's a ghost town now, I wonder why... I'm not back. It's the end of an era for Jack's pizza. You should rename it to Jackass Pizza.
I was charged an extra $2 for a small order that was messed up at this restaurant. This has happened to me before on a previous visit. The employee then asked for an additional $1 to fix their mistake. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
A super Donair found in this place, got it home and opened it looked fantastic. A bit later it was right in the garbage. I cost Newfoundland Cod, that was less salty than that Donair. Do not know what this restaurant is... think, but give it over for a place that knows salt is a seasoning and not a main course. Will never return to Jack.
When we first went in the restaurant she commented that no one was wearing gloves prepairing the food... then found this in her Donair ... best case its a facial hair... not sure why food inspections dose not require proper training for any persons handling...or serving food..
