At the Charlottesvile/Hollymead Dairy Queen employees can be seen engaging in horseplay during busy evening hours. They can also be heard talking rudely about their customers. The burgers are often over-cooked and dry, and fries less than a full serving.Hotdogs with chili are put upside down in the bag. Blizzards are handed out the drive-thru window with soft-serve smeared allover the outside and dripping down the cup. The soft-serve cups and cones are not up to DQ standards of presentation and size,and are lacking 'The Q '. This location will not accept coupons, nor does it participate in 'Upside Down Or It 's Free '. You willnot be thanked for your business.

This is the cleanest Dairy Queen that I have ever been too. It is well staffed with people who care about customer service. The order was correct and was very good. We only got ice cream here but I always ask for my ice cream to be put on a cone and dumpedinto a cup and you wouldn?t believe the mess that most workers make. This time they did exactly eggs I asked. I will return ifI?m in the area.

My family went inside and were helped and greeted promptly, by two employees even tho we weren't ready to order, he repeated our order, had it ready quickly and because our 3 year old cried they made the ice cream cone into a shake for him(my three year old has mentioned he wanted a milkshake) . They carried everything out to our vehicle and were the best!! I haven't had this much caring service in a long time. In a world where many people are too rushed to help someone else despite the acknowledgement of other ppls's struggles this was amazing and above and beyond!! Much gratitude and thanks to the young man working 12/3/22 around lunch time!!
