Wendy's - Charlotte

The ride thru is slower when I get here. Last night it took 40 minutes to get from the end of the line to get our food. We ordered chicken nuggets, and after sitting in the window for 10 minutes, I saw a man near the window with a bag of frozen nuggets. I was just shocked that after all this time the process had not even begun to make our food. The food was good, but I'm not sure if this is still in the fast food department.

An actual experience..service well better expected...lady at the front counter today was a pleasure...gave me time to think and complete my order,without rushing me or walking away!! Food at this location was superb today,as my burger was charred how I like,hot and the fries were good and hot sheesh!?? What's NOT to say about my experience. Best part of it all was there wasn't a dropped smile..

Fast food is a convenient option for late-night dining in Charlotte. However, the fries and burgers could have been served hotter. Additionally, milkshakes were unavailable for one to two hours.

The food was enjoyable! However, the customer service could use some improvement. The young man seemed to have difficulties hearing me, as I had to repeat my order multiple times, which was quite frustrating. When I finally reached the window, they still mistakenly referred to the burger by the wrong name. Fortunately, the order itself was correct. It's worth mentioning that it was around 1 in the morning at the time, which may have contributed to the situation.

The service was excellent and the food was served hot. I prefer this restaurant over others because it has a 98.5 rating and the staff is more accommodating. If they happen to make a mistake, they are quick to correct it.
