Wendy's - Charlotte

I have noticed that the restaurant after darkness used an excuse to not take customers with the drive by saying that they only order mobile. this special night I moved up at 21:00 a.m. and there were only mobile orders. I understand only taking the credit card because with the mobile orders they pay in advance, but to turn everyone by saying that they only want to take mobile orders is rude and respectless and they should simply close the restaurant if they do not want to take customer orders.

I wish I could give a zero! The manager is ignorant, has a nasty attitude and mishandles food.

Nice service, fast. Large fry half filled, the guy gave me a small fry to cover.

I placed a mobile order and still waited 25 minutes for cold food. But by the time I got my food I was already late for an appointment so I just had to deal with it.

Food was horrible. While waiting in drive through there was multiple homeless people shooting heroin right next to us. Legit watched the guy tie up and insert needle. Would never go back to this Wendy's. Burger tasted horrible. Took 25 mins to get through drive thru. More time to watch drug addicts
