Wendy's - Charlotte

Website says they don't close until 2am. we're here at 1 o'clock, no one came to the redner. we always said hello and sat there for 10 minutes other cars were in the line behind us nobody ever came. we moved up to see what they did on 3 cars on the parking lot, obviously there were workers. we saw no one on the inside so ended up sitting there for 20 minutes the other cars also left.

Make sure they ask for ketchup and soße for their nuggets. we had 1 sauce per meal and no ketchup, no serviettes or straws. However, eating was hot and the other girl was nice that came back into the window to give me ketchup packages. the other who took the order and gave us, just walked away from the window and began to do something else.

Standard wendy 's. eating was just okay: nothing special, but not bad. the workers seemed like they didn't really care: almost as if they were going through the movements. the it was okay, but it looked like he hadn't been cleaned since lunchtime. the bathrooms were terrible: dirty and a strange smell. the lobby had a strange old fat smell that was hard to identify where it came from.

I have noticed that the restaurant after darkness used an excuse to not take customers with the drive by saying that they only order mobile. this special night I moved up at 21:00 a.m. and there were only mobile orders. I understand only taking the credit card because with the mobile orders they pay in advance, but to turn everyone by saying that they only want to take mobile orders is rude and respectless and they should simply close the restaurant if they do not want to take customer orders.

I wish I could give a zero! The manager is ignorant, has a nasty attitude and mishandles food.
