I stumbled across this place on Thursday, 02-15-24 while picking up dinner at another establishment. I was impressed by the gelato truffle flavors; some were regular while others were eccentric.The young lady serving me was pleasant and offered me samples of gelato. I tried the caramel whiskey and was instantly in love. I bought a small cup with a scoop of caramel whiskey and cookie butter. While deciding on flavors, she informed me that each flavor came in either dark or milk chocolate. I choose a dark chocolate amaretto and a milk chocolate salted caramel. This was a good splurge and I'm looking forward to returning.

I’d like to thank TIFA for providing amazing service and product. This place is seriously the best for gelato!! Don’t miss out on this gem. Also… their chocolate is DELISH!

If I could give zero stars for my experience today, I would! My family and I walked in late this afternoon (only costumers there, mind you) and were not greeted at all by the two young ladies working. I already thought that set an improper atmosphere as I’m spending my money in your place of employment to keep you employed. Throughout the transaction, there was no hospitality or welcoming spirit AT ALL. Even as I said thank you a few times, there was no response. The girl at the register acted like she didn’t even want to put the change in my hand. Meanwhile, touching this beautiful melanated skin would have changed her life and probably caused her to act right. I wonder how Caucasian customers would have been treated had they walked in. Totally rude disrespectful! My husband was busy playing with my boys at the game station. However, he said had he known I was being treated that way, we wouldn’t have purchased anything and would have walked right on out. I learned my lesson though because I’m in that vicinity often enough and when I say this place will NEVER see me again…they will never!! Rest assured I’ll let others know about my horrific experience as well!

My son didn't like the cookies n' cream because it didn't taste good. The lady threw it away and then told him, they can't exchange it. Best to tell a customer that before throwing it away!
