フィードバックを提供するThe chicken pieces are large and overcooked with no seasoning. Despite the positive reviews on Doordash, I wish I had visited this restaurant first. I do not recommend this place. One bite and the chicken tasted like shrimp, which was unexpected. Overall rating for the food: 1 out of 5.
I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. The food is terrible. The hibachi lacked any seasoning, the shrimp were pungent and watery, as if they were expired. I also ordered a Dragon Roll, which was equally disappointing. The shrimp in the shrimp tempura was cold and tough, as if it had been left out for days. The avocado on the sushi was brown and unappetizing. This was the worst meal I have ever had, and to top it off, I didn't even receive any yum yum sauce.
I paid $30 for spoiled food at this restaurant. The cabbage and meat were both spoiled, and the smell was evident even through the bag. The manager and female clerk refused to issue me a proper refund, instead accusing me of being a complaining customer. This is not a mere complaint, but clear evidence of improper food handling. The front desk worker was also unhelpful, being on her phone with AirPods and displaying a bad attitude. I have already contacted the health department and other relevant authorities with proof of a foodborne illness from this establishment.
The worst Habachi I’ve ever had in my life. How you mess habachi up as a Japanese restaurant. The rice is bland and no flavor. The rice has no peas or carrots in it. The vegetables has absolutely no flavor. The shrimp is so tiny and the meat is chewy and smells weird. Please don’t waste your money ! I had to personal call them and tell them how unsatisfied I was. Terrible.
Simply horrible. Everything in my lunch combo was terrible. They can't even make a decent egg roll.
