Taco Bell - Charlotte

Water was for 3 days without mentioning the compensation of any kind. I mean, 3 days of zero water they could have offered at least 1 free night. Then they refuse to rush a toilet. Since when will this become a guest responsibility to stop a toilet. You didn't want to do it. They spoke against their rules.

I was very pleased of how they had a kiosk setup to take your order and receive your payment. This location also allows you to dine in and it also has curbside delivery and the drive thru is also available. ?

This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I?ve gone to late night. The last time I was here there was a long drive thru line just for them to tell us they were out of beef when we finally got to the window. When I came here tonight the employee I think it was the manager) was very unfriendly. He gave attitude when we asked for extra hot sauce. The customer in front of us had an issue with his order and the same employee seemed as if he did not want to correct the mistake. I only give 2 stars because the place was clean. Customer service is truly lacking at this location.

2nd time I came here to order 7 layer burrito to be served mainly lettuce no meat a teaspoon of beans and rice as well as it being cold horrible service in the kitchen.

You prepared my Mexican pizza with such care. I really miss that delicious Mexican pizza!
