フィードバックを提供するAs someone who has food allergies in life can eat hard. I had problems with this place in the past, with some rude managers or people not to meet seriously. mistakes on my order, how to change gloves or put the wrong spice on my sandwich, could cost my life. on Monday, October 24th, 2022, I had the best experience with this location. cynthia worked in the kitchen at the time when I gave up my order and I went into the window to tell her my accommodations for my allergies: please change them gloves, new knife, as I am allergic to some brote, new cutting board, etc.. she took my allergies very seriously, even to tell another employee, not to touch my order because how hard my allergies are. she was very careful and vigilant with my order and she made me feel completely safe. I will definitely return to this place because of cynthia and her extreme presighted measures with my life-threatening allergies. the only reason why I give this location a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because I recently complicate with my orders, as I am a regular customer I did not even eat that because the employees do not accept my allergies. at this time (it has been within the last month,) the manager who made my sandwich does not use a new knife while my brot cutting and not a new cutting board, so there were potential cross-contamination with allergens. also, when ordering a smoothie, there were chocolate sauce on the lid (I ordered a strawberry smoothie, so idk as chocolate sauce on the lid got) which I am not sure whether I allergic or not. I stress my allergies every time I dine at this site, who ask workers to change their gloves, they use a clean knife, a clean cutting board, and are extra cautious, but still some workers and managers do not understand the heavy of my allergies. cythia has dealt very well with my allergies and I will definitely apply for her help next time I dive.
Ordered delivery this morning to find out I was missing about 1/2 of my order. It happens, no big deal. But when I called up to Panera in Ballantyne, I spoke with Andy (I believe she said that was her name , and she was nothing but a delight! Found my order and immediately offered to send another driver out to correct the issue instead of just a refund. In addition, she and her team included some cookies for the inconvenience. So my daughter sends an extra thank you!!!! This location continues to be amazing every time I go. Many thanks again!! : -Alyssa
Had the pleasure of visiting this location to work on a project and compared to a couple of other locations, this place is amazing! From the tables to the microwave this place is spotless! The cashiers were extremely professional and so pleasant! The music and overall ambiance was so relaxing!! Cheers to Saad, Amy and Tiffany for doing a phenomenal job!!!
I am very pleased with the service I have received. I wasn't in Panera since the pandemic and I wasn't familiar with the selections. The manager had to help me and she was friendly, patient and polite. I think her name was Dara. My only problem was that they were completely out of napkins. A restaurant should never be made of utensils or napkins. Thanks for your service ladies?
Don?t ever order salads here or this is the kind you will be served. Apparently they think we should eat this kind of food here.
