Panera Bread - Charlotte

I joined the unlimited Sip Club, free to Halloween and visited this place a few times. My order is never quite accurate. You don't have really sweet tea, but it's on the menu you need to add your own sweeteners that doesn't work well for ice tea. I don't like the duets mostly coming with tomato soup (although this is a company decision.) My cookies never look like the pictures. I had to return a soup because it was just broth. For prices, the service experience should be better. On the bright side the fountain ginger ale is the best.

I understand this is a busy location but I 've never had an order that wasn 't at least 10-15 minutes late when I do 'rapid ' order pickup. Honestly if it wasn 't the closest breakfast spot for me I would never go. Food is usually on par with what to expect with Panera which is good

New establishment, very clean huge plus very friendly crew food super fresh great service consistently. Every time I?ve visited rather drive thru crib side or dine in the service has been great no complaints at this location

Went through the drive-thru at a very slow time of day (8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning) and ordered a bagel with steak and cheese. When I opened the sandwich I found it was a steak and egg bagel. I had to wait a long time to get back to the service window, and when I said that I had ordered a steak and cheese bagel and instead received a steak and egg bagel, her annoyed question was did it not have cheese? I told her that I was unable to eat eggs, and again put out, she directed me to the parking spots. I finally have (most of) a steak and cheese bagel after 22 minutes of waiting.

Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking. This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front. They?ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.
