Oh, what a disappointment. I've visited this restaurant a few times a week over the past six months, and I've noticed some serious issues. There’s usually just one person taking orders and assisting customers while six others behind the cash register completely ignore the growing line. As the wait gets longer, that one employee ends up yelling at us to use the kiosk to place our orders. No thanks! It's only when the line gets really long that a second person finally opens another register. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a lack of business sense. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m sorry to say that this restaurant has really gone downhill. The staff hardly seem to work together, and they aren’t very friendly. My egg base was burnt, and the coffee stations are often empty, with no one available to refill them. I paid $3 for a large coffee that is much smaller than the previous large size that cost $2. It just isn’t worth it anymore, especially since I often have to wait for them to bring more coffee.

Excellent service, friendly staff very good morning coffee and breakfast bagel is always good to start every day. keep them the great service to make customers feel at home. vegetarian options: fresh tasty suppe and salad as well as bagels and biscuits always fresh and tasty. parking space: very easy to use

Panera bread has some of the best bagels we've ever had. Especially the Asiago bagels. All the workers are really nice and we appreciate them being their so early in the morning.Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say about their cream cheese. I got the cream cheese for the first time today, for $1.00 for 1 ounce cup. It was disgusting! It was slimey and sticky, it tasted terrible and it smells bad. By the 3rd bite of the bagel, I almost threw up. I wasted an entire Asiago bagels.I have never had cream that was like that.I do recommend this business. There other food items are good too. Just don't get the cream cheese.
