Middle C Jazz - Charlotte

An overall good experience with the music and atmosphere in general. The food was just ok. My main issue is with the seating. So called Grand Piano members $350 annual membership fee) get to seat first. I 've been to some of the world 's greatest jazz clubs such as the Village Vanguard in NYC, Blue Note in NYC, Jazz Alley in Seattle, Blues Alley in DC. and others; all were first come first served seating, period. I arrived to the show early with my wife and was then placed more or less at the end of the line because these members get priority. Come on man, this is not an airline.

Dresslers provides the food. John and Karen are great restauranteurs. So the food quality is high. Music was very good. So good I got told to talk quiter. Which I appreciated! Thanks for bringing live music to CLT!!

This place has a very nice vibe. Kinda tight, but it was ok. Had to ask waiter 3 times for lemons for my drink. First time here but I will be going back.

Very nice jazz club. It's small, intimate, no problem seeing the stage. Found free parking on the street. To park at the venue costs $5. Great service food. Would definitely return in the future.

Intimate jazz club with great acts! The staff was friendly and helpful. The club draws an awesome crowd that chill and enjoy the music. This is a jazz club of a different cat! Love this club and when I'm in Charlotte I'm going to make it a point to go back.
