Mcdonald's - Charlotte

I went to this place 2 days in order to lunch because of the work. both experiences were terrible. who went through the trip was too busy talking to someone else to focus on commanding. both the customer in the 2nd track as well as I had to repeat our orders because they would not focus on the only task to take over the order. they got an employment when I asked for my entry for tax reasons when I thought it was normal to deliver the meal. it also took so long to take over the orders that customers started to depart. in any case, this location will avoid future. the dame in the second window was great and the only reason I gave 2 stars

An absolute surprise! we ordered online with app, order and not a disappointment! eating was so fast, hot properly done, and trey was phenomenal! ordered a big mocha mc frappe, he delivered us with the new the machine was down, but he was so friendly, friendly, upbeat and accommodated us for the inconvenience. these days in almost food service hard to come with someone as friendly and happy as trey! he is the main reason for the 5 stars! that is not our usual mc ds, but since we were close to this place, we used it. definitiw no disappointment! (we also ordered other items, but his helpfulness in the mc frappe situation stands alone!

We had to wait almost 2 hrs! For a happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich! People was leaving impatient even after they paid! And when you get your food it's cold, I don't understand if the cooking is not the problem why they take so long to give your order! And they always give you the wrong one!. Just don't go there! Specially this one on albermarle rd!.

Let's just say ,I would of been faster n quick if I walk in and prepare it myself,, full of employees but can't get a simple order right ,,let alone I think the manager just graduated from highschool,.. ?

Lady at the window is RUDE AS **** ! Got attitude because we were missing a sandwich and when we were trying to figure our which sandwich it was she starts going OH MY GOD what sandwich is it like its our fault her and her staff dont know how to do their job. Then when leave she says bye and rolls her eyes . Like i told her dont work the window if you got a ugly ass attitude!
