Kfc - Charlotte

Driving through the bank was extra rude. it's $0 to be friendly (even neutral honest) especially for someone who's friendly. the food was not fresh and was assembled in phase. I leave no negative reviews after just one visit we were here a handful of times since visit charlotte and, frankly, there are many other fried chicken spots around and several taco bell locations. it is also really difficult to get in and out of the parking/driving through. not worth the time.

Food was fresh but the man in the drive thru didnt know what he was doing. no biscuits, no gravy missing chicken but the manager handled it well

This KFC has went thru a lot of changes and it has really paid off. Much better service. Wayyy faster and accurate. Keep up the great work

KFC has amazing food i love eating there.... But i mainly stopped there b/c it is the KFC and Toco Bell all in one and this is the second time trying to attempt to eat chicken and toco's and one or the other is out of service and/or when u settle for what is there everything is sold out!! It's a great idea to mix 2 fast food's but i think that it is more popular than expected or poor managing but other than that the idea is great and service is fair!!

I thought I would give my family a treat by bringing them KFC Dinner. So, I order the family meal 8 Piece and 2 Large sides, 4 biscuits , however when I made it home and open the bowls this is what they think will be fit as a Large side. What are they thinking about I paid for 2 large sides. and I received 2 regular side in 2 large box. If I lived around the corner, I would have brought this back. Never again. REALLY
