Firehouse Subs - Charlotte

This is a wonderful friendly place to get a nice hot toasted sub. There is ample amount of meats on each sub. The subs are nice and toasted and comes with nice dill pickle. The people are super friendly. Our favorite is the Ham or the Hook and Ladder. Their pastrami is really good too.

The service was great. Sandwich was good and it didn't take long to make it.

The 2 young men working today were so kind! It was my first time there and they made it great, especially the young man working the register at 2pm today. Thanks fellas, I'll be back thanks to you two! Great customer service experience!

Sub quality remains high as ever. The chicken gyro is well designed. Would like a second souce to add another flavour dimension. The staff were making my large gyro sub for the 1st time... Lack of training by the company? They did do a good job though so Kudos! Can't wait for countertop souces to make a return.
