Chili's Grill - Charlotte

Me and my cousin went here to grab lunch. I’m not a Chili’s fan but I haven’t been in some years. This location only has one person working the whole inside dining. She seats you, she works the bar, takes the order and seat more people. Although she handled the pressure well you can tell she was overwhelmed and here attitude and energy wasn’t there it was just blah. She stated that she has to do it alone everyday which is extremely sad. So of course with all that said the food took forever to come out and I mean forever 50minutes exact which was very frustrating. The fajitas was decent meaning the shrimp and steak nothing special at all. Looks better than it tasted. The pico and guacamole was old. The table behind us sent it back and I heard the worker say it’s probably just old. The rice was very hard and old, but I do believe with a different location with more staff the experience would’ve been better. Waste of money and time.

Took literally an hour from order to getting appetizer . Did they offer me a drink or anything considering I've been waiting 30 min inside for my food that was supposed to be delivered to the car ? Love how they ask for a tip when completing your order so you don't get to pay for the service accordingly And to beat all no avocado dip..she gave me ranch

I order food from this restaurant online on 5/15. I received notifications that everything should be fine for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant and it was closed due to maintenance. Since that day and I can't get anyone on the phone to issue me a refund. They are still closed as of 5/20 I hope someone reads this before ordering their food. Chili's should stop orders from being placed online if they are not going to be open.

Should close the doors! Waited 15 minutes to be seated. The whole time we waited never saw a single employee of Chili’s. Finally a hostess came out to seat us only to say there was a 15 minute wait. Counted only 9 customers in building. Haven’t eaten at this location in a while, thought I give it another try.Same results as last time. Never again! Sanitation rating was a 91. Great location for a restaurant but not this one!

Don't order curbside they never bring your food out my food was supposed to be ready a 1:05 and it's 1:28 now I have not gotten my food every single time I order curbside I end up having to go inside and that defeats the purpose of ordering curbside when they never bring your food out. And I paid for my food already online poor customer service. That are very slow and under staffed.
