Burger King - Charlotte

Went there this morning for breakfast. The quality of my food was awful. I ordered 4 croissants and each was smashed flat and shoved into the bag. Added photos to show what I am speaking of.

Carla deserves a fat raise! I love her! Every time we come in on break from school she is so sweet and friendly to us every time! She really brightens the place up and holds it down Burger King wouldn?t be the same without her?

Drive thru is slowww as molasses because 2 employees take one order and tell the next person to wait in line until the car's order in frontof you is filled. Shouldn't you be able to take multiple orders since it is a drive thru?? Imani is the best drive thru employee, she makes sure the line goes fast and is always pleasant.

I only stopped here because I did not have the option to eat elsewhere. I needed a quick meal on the fly and this was the only option. I went inside and was met with the front desk counter girl. I explained to her what I wanted, she confirmed the order back to me. Then I waited and waited and waited. The manager who was handing out food could not even be bothered to acknowledge me, but she acknowledged another person that was behind me, having a conversation, adding that she needed the survey filled out. I eventually got my food and my burger was supposed to be fresh and hot. This was the absolute farthest thing that it could have been. Tasted like it had been sitting around for years. The fries were definitely not hot. If you can eat anywhere else, eat somewhere else and avoid this place. In ending, it is just not me, look at the rest of the reviews.

I come here late at night around 10/1030 every now and then and unfortunately it?s never a great experience. Tonight I waited in the drive through for approx 20min total with one other car to get a taco that looked like a burnt patty and an impossible burger that was also burned beyond taste. I got a couple bites into both before I had to throw them out because they tasted awful. See pic for the ?meat? that was in the taco.
