? terrible service, the hostess was very rude with a very bad attitude, the tables were completely dirty, the hostess was playing with her cell phone, we explained to the manager that the hostess was yelling at us and saying bad words to us, she didn't offer us a table either, She threatened us in front of our daughter, but the manager didn't care about that, I offered to clean the table so we could sit, but in this place she doesn't respect anything or anyone. This happened today 07/11/23 at 9 pm, we will definitely never go back.

Went for lunch at 1:00 PM on a Monday. Televisions on, employees milling around inside, but all doors locked. Went next door for delicious tacos.

Sad state of affairs on a Monday night. Bartender doesn't seem to care or want to be there. Cashed in points (which confused everyone for some reason) and got a hot mess. Boneless wings had more seasoning than meat and they gave me the wrong size fries. Will be back but if I see this person working I'll turn right around and walk out.Edit: thanks for the reply but if I see Rayha behind the bar I will immediately assume the junior varsity team is there and leave immediately.

I waited over 1 hour on my food and didn’t even get my appetizers. They put our appetizers on the bill even when we didn’t receive them. Our hostess was kind and she explained it to us that the kitchen were “messing around” in the back and apologized. The waiter was very unprofessional, disrespectful and immature. There was a hair in my wings, she took them out and didn’t really show to emphasis concerns. We did not get any refills, and on top of that, my total came to be about $24, I gave her $25 and did not get my $1 back. When I asked her were my $1 was, she said she assumed it was just a tip because it was only a dollar. Overall, she made us feel like we were a burden to her and her job. This has by far been the craziest and lowest service I’ve ever received in my entire life at a restaurant.

The staff went above and beyond the accompany our two kids one of them in a infant carrier offering highchair and holder for infant carrier. It made us feel welcome. The food was delicious as usual.
