Bojangles - Charlotte

Worst place to get food from. Waited a long time to purchase food. When I did get my food it was wrong order and the order was cold. The only positive thing I have to say is the lady who made the biscuits smiled and apologized for the long wait. She had great customer service skills.

The personal irritated because I asked for green beans instead of fries and they gave me the wrong one. then commented, "Maybe they should read that something comes with him. "Eating outside my house as a diabetist is hard enough without being treated badly for a simple courtesy request for a fault correction. I didn't even touch the food so nothing was was wasted. terrible.

There is an old legend in the Charlotte airport that all missed connecting flights end up here at Bojangles. My friends in the south always rave about this place. So when I missed my connecting flight, it was meant to be. I got there at the perfect time. There was no line and the food was coming out hot. The biscuit was delicious. It was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The steak fries were crispy and fresh. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and great tasting. Customer service was great since there was no one behind me I was able to ask my rookie first timer questions. They were patient with me and helpful. I will say don't strain your eyes trying to look up at the menu, don't be like me who didn't realize they have a menu posted at the register. Highly recommend taking the risk in trying this place out if you have never been here before.

Not sure if this is the right restaurant. This is for the one in the airport. Had Bo for first time. Catfish breakfast. With hash browns. Absolutely awesome. Was very busy but line moved with efficiency. Marha and the other girl at cash were friendly and informative. Manager was engaging and enthusiastic. I would eat here again.

So yummy and I ordered for two because their staff was super friendly I got the happy team. They feed a lot of the airport staff daily so you know it's good and friendly. I'm craving that pamento cheese or honey on best buttery fluffy biscuits but Popeyes still has the better chicken sandwich...
