Anzi Pizzeria Pasta - Charlotte

I’ve sampled a variety of items, including pizza, pasta, meatballs, wings, and salads, and I’ve never been disappointed. The pizza is especially delightful, boasting a thick New Yorker-style crust that is perfectly baked. Their meatballs are incredible—great texture and full of flavor, whether served on a sub or on their own. Although it’s not usually overly busy, the staff can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed. I’ve encountered a few mix-ups with my orders, both for dining in and takeout, but the quality of the food makes it worth overlooking the occasional mistake. They offer delivery and have plenty of seating indoors, as well as several tables outside, which is lovely. There’s ample parking available on the property, both in front and behind, but the entrance can be a bit tricky to find since it’s not directly visible from the main roads—you have to head into the Fountains plaza to locate it. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

First of all, the staff is incredibly nice! The food was fantastic! We ordered the eggplant with ricotta and the chicken parmesan, and both were excellent!

I ordered from Anzi for the first time, and it was fantastic. The kitchen staff did an excellent job, and the food was delicious.

We had the chicken pizza. the cook apologised for our waiting, but it was because he made our teig fresh, just then! this is the highest quality, best tasting, authentic NY pizza I had outside ny. the owner was there and spoke to us; everyone very friendly. I can't give anzi enough stars. all fresh, every day, lovingly made by hand. that was b4 covid, so I am now sure that these precautions will be taken.

Awesome pizza. New York style in south Charlotte. We were disappointed to hear they closed their location in Stonecrest and were delighted to learn of their new location that’s even closer to us. Highly recommended and one of our top 3 family dinner locations for pizza.
