American Deli - Charlotte

I've been to American Deli four times in my lifetime all within a year. I've only been to two of their I think 5 locations here in Charlotte. I went to this location because I was shopping at a nearby family Dollar store. This location is pleasant considering the area is a little run down due to age and some current construction work being done to the area. It's just off the light rail line but the store is clean and the staff workers are friendly and provide excellent service. The philly cheese steak combo is my favorite made with fresh ingredients and always cooked perfectly. And it's still warm once I take the light rail back home.

Bad enough when I got there my order was wrong and I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes , as I’m eating my food I find this. Like y’all can’t be serious. I’m sooooo good on American Deli , highly doubt I’ll be eating here again.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I called my order in at 11 they made wrong order and stillmade the order wrong Took 3 times. no apologies or anything.
