Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Charlestown

I visited Hamilton Crust Pizza feeling very stressed about their online ordering system. I was extremely frustrated with the process, but then I was directed to a man named Sabi. He not only saved the day by helping me with my online order, but he was also a perfect gentleman. Sabi handled the whole process in a calm and friendly manner, with a smile on his face. I will definitely be returning to Crust as long as Sabi is there.

This restaurant in the Newcastle area is likely the top spot for pizza - my son adores it. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality is certainly top-notch. My family wholeheartedly believes it's worth every penny.

Have had issues with Crust before. Last time we were given a free voucher. This time even if it had have been offered would turn it down. Lousy toppings for "gourmet " pizza. There wasn't one slice out of the two pizzas the same size. Gave half to the chooks.

Nice tasty pizzas with generous amounts of good quality toppings and a nice base. Reasonably priced with a good menu selection.

We ordered pizzas to be delivered at 5:30pm so the kids could eat, by 7:30pm we where told it would be quicker to come pick them up as they had no idea where there drivers where????? Staff did not care one bit and even when we went to pick them up there was no apology at all. Never again crust
