I do not live near, but it is always worth the ride! a big step from their average sportable. super friendly service also. great place to catch a mountaneer game! I'm back.

We reserved the back room for a party of 31 for a meeting and dinner, and unfortunately, it didn't provide as much space as we needed. However, the staff was very accommodating and even allowed us to create additional space in the adjoining area. The menu selection was fantastic and gave our group a delightful taste of what the restaurant has to offer. The food was excellent, and the customer service contributed to a wonderful evening. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend The Pitch of KC for its comfortable, family-friendly, and sporty atmosphere—it's perfect for a great dinner and meeting! Our group spent around $25-$30 per person, and we had plenty of food to take home!

Unfortunately, it took a long time for our drinks to arrive, and they were never refilled during our meal. We waited about 35 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, the appetizers were cold. On a positive note, the greenhorn pizza was excellent, and I highly recommend it. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider coming back, but the service was quite lacking. After finishing our meal, we had to wait a while to receive our to-go boxes, and then even longer for our check. I believe the wait could have been shortened if our waitress had spent less time chatting with the bartender and sitting around. In summary, while the food was great and I look forward to trying more dishes in the future, I hope the service is better next time.

I’ve truly enjoyed my time in Charleston, WV, but my biggest regret is not visiting The Pitch until my last night here. If you're in need of an appetizer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Pretzel Bites. They're soft, warm, salty, and the cheese sauce is the perfect complement. They were so delicious that I couldn't resist ordering more food! The decor is lovely, and the service was both prompt and friendly. I loved my experience, and I can’t emphasize enough how amazing those pretzel bites are! Treat yourself and make sure to stop by.
