Mcdonald's - Charleston

The part time morning manager is a rockstar she handles the morning rush so well and all while being so nice to customers going above and beyond great customer service!

I'm really not liking the fact that they make me pull forward every time, to get my order. I have a big truck and it really defeats the purpose of a drive through.

Was made to use kiosk...lady said we's the only two here. But by the time she showed other lady how to use she could of taken both our orders at register. Other Male employee rings up two other customers behind me at regular register, so needless to say I and older lady received our items last. So the female employee hands me my babys fries and asks me, did you get your cup yet? Ummm...no.....was that kiosk thing supposed to hand it to me or something? Ignorant people and rude as hell.

This McDonald's I've ever been to. Order placed is promptly prepared always fresh and McDonald's tasty. Staff...everyone...is personable. They treat their job as if it were profession Great staff...friendly. never ordered anything that disappointed me . Best of the best

I ordered two fish sandwiches, which were supposed to come with tartar sauce and cheese, but I didn't receive either. When I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, no one answered. I'm quite disappointed with my experience here.
