Local 616 - Charleston

Great beer selection and friendly and attentive bartenders. I go to hh and it's always chill. Whenever I've had a day at work where I can't wait to leave and have a drink this is where I go.

I recently moved to this neighborhood and decided to search for a bar on a rainy night. Although it was slow and late, the staff, including the DJ and the manager, were incredibly welcoming. Their simple kindness really made my night enjoyable. I highly recommend checking it out!

Wow. I'm truly disappointed that Charleston hasn't fully embraced the incredible hospitality at Local 616. Dwayne is a gem; he understands the local restaurant scene and recognizes that not everyone prefers beer or mixed drinks. Ask him about his creative simple syrups and delicious cocktails, as well as the wonderful menu. Then just relax and enjoy some game shows, sports, or more. He even has an N64 with Ocarina of Time set up at one stand and a classic Nintendo at another! Seriously, what more could you ask for? It's a perfect blend of nostalgia and comfort all in one place. I'm absolutely in love with this spot.

I've visited many bars across the country, and even though I'm just a bit tipsy, I really enjoy this one. The bartenders and regulars are fantastic people. Every time I've come here during my vacation (which has been six times now), it feels like I'm spending time with my cool cousin. As I mentioned, I absolutely love this bar!

Cool, keyless vibe. Good service. Beer selection on point with a wide range of styles. Funk miracles serves the delicious shrub. Legit football bar.
