Insomnia Cookies - Chapel Hill

My favorite is the caramel apple cookie! It's a limited edition, but it's so good. They have eight different types of ice creams , brownies, chocolate milk, 2% milk, whole milk, nine different traditional cookie flavors, three deluxe cookie flavors and you can make any two cookies an ice cream sandwich. They even deliver them to you. Opened late

This place opened while I was still in college, so I have many fond memories of Insomnia Cookies. They were a wonderful late-night treat during my study sessions. Some campus organizations even opted for Insomnia Cookies at their events instead of the usual pizza to attract more attendees. Years later, the cookies are still soft, sweet, and gooey, and the person who served me was a delight to chat with.

The customer service is outstanding, even at 11 o'clock with a line stretching out the door due to COVID regulations. The cookies were warm and delicious. I would prefer to avoid waiting in line, and it seems that delivery, even just down the street, is the fastest option available.

It's Friday night! Luckily, the line at this Insomnia Cookies location wasn't too long, and the service was quick and friendly! I got my hands on six delicious, warm cookies. But I refuse to appreciate them fully while sitting in the passenger seat (my boyfriend's driving). I'm eager to get home, pour myself a glass of milk, and indulge! LOL. So, I just got home and snapped another picture of my cookie box. They actually gave me seven cookies instead of six! Was it a mistake? A complimentary treat? Who knows! I don't care! I just know I’m thrilled to have another cookie! OMG... I just took a bite. These are probably the best cookies I've ever tasted! Soft, warm, delicious, and not too sweet—absolutely perfectly baked!
