We got a portion of nachos with sauces, tasteless and poorly prepared, not worth the money invested. Frustrating experience

My experience was not good. Although the dishes are good, the peppercorns asked, but they touched the levels in the dishes. My dish, which was medium pepper level, came without pepper. And my partner's, which was supposed to be without pepper, came out very spicy.

I ordered 2 vegetarian burritos and a guacamole: poorly assembled burritos with a burnt flavor, beans with soy pts WITHOUT ANY FLAVOR other than water dripping from the beans, there was no pepper at all (one of them had medium heat); Tasteless and textureless guacamole.
