The Burger By Wegmans - Chantilly

While the beef patty didn’t seem to be frozen, I took a moment to understand the mention of irradiated beef; it's a great option for those who prefer their burgers cooked rare. I appreciate the unique meat preparation, but I was hoping for more of a Maillard crust on the patty. The fries weren't double-fried, so they became soggy as they cooled. The sweet potato fries, however, were the standout. Their interesting cut made them crispy on the outside while remaining moist and sweet on the inside. The burger options seemed somewhat limited, and while I was hoping for more unforgettable flavors (again, I missed that Maillard crust), I’m holding off on giving my final judgment until I see what specials or events they might offer in the future. An important note for those with hungry kids while grocery shopping: Yes, I would return to eat here because the seating area is very relaxing and family-friendly.

I give it 4 stars, which isn't bad at all. The new location is clean and well-lit. I always order my favorite, which is the margarita.

I really enjoyed the burgers. The spices were perfectly balanced and the meat tasted authentic, with no fillers. The milkshake was thick and creamy as well. Overall, a fantastic experience!
