The availability of items at this restaurant is good. The food options are great, but there is no pricing for any of the meat products and everything is charged at the discretion of the butcher. The person at the counter doesn't know the pricing and it seems like they just charge whatever comes to mind. When I asked about the pricing, they said they know it and would correct any mistakes if they charge incorrectly. However, when I inquired about the price of chicken breast per pound, they initially stated it was $5.99 but I was charged $6.99. They mentioned it was just a $1 difference, but when buying in larger quantities, this difference adds up. The price at nearby Indian grocery stores and halal markets is $4.99 per pound. I recommend the owner implementing a price sheet for transparency or managing an item code system to ensure consistent pricing for all customers.
Very unresponsive about the food orders. Repeated Unreliable reply for the past one week that kitchen is closed and call us tomorrow.
This review focuses on the food at this restaurant. If cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are important to you, it is best to avoid this place. The food is average and underwhelming.
I have had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant, with stale groceries and products being sold here. I once had to return rice that had bugs inside when opened, and the return process was terrible with employees digging through the rice bag for bugs. After multiple phone calls, they finally accepted the return. I have had the same issues multiple times, and it seems like the store may be purchasing stale products to sell at a higher price. Everything from namkeen to grains has a stale smell and taste. Their namkeen peanut bhujiya from the brand Deep is smelly and rancid, as if it has been sitting in the pack for years. Maybe fresh produce is decent, but anything packaged seems to be stale. I was initially excited to have a store close to home, but I will not be returning due to the disappointing experiences I have had. I would rather go to a different store where I am not constantly disappointed by stale products. The prices are not any cheaper either.
