フィードバックを提供するEvery time I left, there's something guacamole or salad missing. I don't think their employees are well trained. Usually I go 2 different chips twice a week, this location in Chantilly or one in Fairfax from Main Street. I wish these employees could train at the Fairfax location.
Great food and happy service team. The remaining room needs some reworking. And maybe the beverage department can be moved in front of the toilet. Large parking space.
I alway enjoy my lunchtime favorite at chipotle. It can be very busy at lunch time, and I try to get there either before or after the rush. There food is always freshly prepared. They have issues with keeping things tidied up on the preparation station at times. Don?t think I haven?t mentioned this to them constantly. Food born illnesses are real. But I haven?t ever gotten sick eating there.
The new pollo asada tastes horrible!!! The quality of chipotle?s protein is going down the drain !! If you order through chipotle app, the preparation of your burrito or bowl is way different than when you order in person ! Nothing is in ratio so o the taste and they don?t mix it properly, so it?s salty in one corner and bland in another and as whole, horrible taste and sheer waste of money ?? This specific Chantilly location staff is unprofessional and very careless with orders , I would not waste my money on this location atleast
I've been in this Chipotle location twice in the last few months. On the other day they seemed to recover from a great rush. They told people they were from the chicken and it took 20 minutes to make more. I went with plan b and got steak instead.
