Chick-fil-a - Chantilly

Should not have to wait 25 minutes to order a lock if there are only 3 cars waiting to get their order.

It is a very fast, friendly Chick fil A location. Eating is what you would expect!

At this site in Chick-fil-A, staff work hard to provide a good service. I had lunch with my family and everything was very nice!

A embarrassment over the name Chic-fil. New, empty and dirty. The pictures speak for themselves. The pictures were taken almost 8pm well after every rush, so empty they saw closed but so dirty. Eat on tables, floors, garbage in bathroom floors, full trays in dining areas. Back room floor dirty, full of garbage in the food prep areas, sticky customer tables, corrugated seats, food on seats. Friendly service and drive-thru were not busy. This needs corporate attention.

Amazing food and great service. The consistency and the quality of this franchise is unheard of.
