Little Caesars Pizza - Chandler

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. They don't provide what you actually order, and if you try to call them, they either don't answer or won't return your call. Their voicemail even says not to leave a message because they won't get back to you, which is just laughable. So unprofessional! The food definitely doesn’t match what they advertise; I received one or two pepper pieces that were nothing like what I expected.

I ordered my pizza online and prepaid for it, specifying a particular pickup time. When I arrived to collect it, I was later than expected, and the manager or staff member informed me that I was late. I found this to be unprofessional.

I visit this place frequently, and the pizza is fantastic. I usually order their Hot n Ready pizza. On this particular occasion, I tried a custom Hawaiian Bacon with extra cheese, and the night manager generously added the extra cheese for free! I won’t mention his name to keep him anonymous, but he was amazing! I absolutely loved that pizza!

I went to get two pizzas, but they couldn't break a $100 bill. It's frustrating, especially since it's just a fast food restaurant.

Do not use the app to place your orders. If you want to ensure your order is submitted correctly, it's best to avoid this app altogether. I’ve placed three orders through it, and each time has been a frustrating experience. The app claims that the order has been submitted and then indicates that it will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. However, when I arrive, they take about 10 minutes to look for my order, only to inform me that they haven't received it yet and will need to prepare it from scratch. This completely defeats the purpose of using the app if I can't have my order ready on time.
