People in this place are great when they're there to do the job. Very friendly. Very efficient and fast. If my food is not ready (Hot Ready) then the staff here always offers a time when the food is ready. I always come to this place whenever I am able.

The pizza was actually hot and ready as advertised in contrast to some other locations where you need to wait 10-20 minutes on a pizza that is as hot and ready to go. This location is kept clean inside. The neighboring hood is not the best. It is convenient for the high school children to go to the Chandler high for a quick lunch. I would recommend it.

When we called to address the issue, a young man answered respectfully and seemed new to the job. He asked his manager for assistance, but instead of helping him, she yelled at him, which was quite disheartening. He kept apologizing for the inconvenience. What made the experience even worse was witnessing the way that poor employee was treated by someone who should have been guiding him. In the end, we received only a credit for the Crazy Bread, and the manager refused to speak with us, demonstrating a lack of respect towards both us and the young man. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Staff are great! On Arizona Ave. A guy used two pizza cutters once. He was so brilliant. I was here twice. Great service. Great pizza. I was there last night. Ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas. You made an exception and made my pizza. They were extraordinary! So delicious! Thanks to the crew!
