Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill

My wife opted for the mahi mahi taco salad, which was also delicious—the fish wasn’t fried or greasy, just perfectly cooked. The homemade salsa was excellent too. To top it off, all beers and margaritas were only $2 on Fridays and Saturdays, so I enjoyed a Mexican beer while my wife had a strawberry margarita with our meal. It was a truly great dinner! Kokopelli is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant, but it stands out from typical fast-food places. I really appreciate their concept. You have the freedom to customize your meal, and in most cases, they prepare it right in front of you. Once you place your order, you pay and take your food to your table, but in my case, they brought my order to the table since my steak dinner took a bit longer to prepare. I was pleasantly surprised that they serve dinner on real plates during dinner hours. They have an extensive menu that includes items usually found only in full-service Mexican restaurants, along with a selection of desserts, various beers, margaritas, and other beverages. Furthermore, while we were there, they had just installed a large screen TV, although it wasn’t hooked up yet. It would be a fantastic spot to enjoy good Mexican food and drinks while watching games. I highly recommend Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill!

This place rocks! The service is simply fantastic, as well as the food. This is a good alternative to Chipolte.

I ordered the grilled sirloin dinner, which included an 8 oz. sirloin steak, a choice of brown or white rice, pinto or black beans, grilled vegetables, tortillas, along with a side of chips and homemade salsa—all for under $10! What an incredible deal! The steak was tender and delicious. My wife opted for the mahi mahi taco salad, which featured grilled (not fried) fish that was light and flavorful. The menu offers a wide range of options usually found in full-service Mexican restaurants, and they even provide desserts, various beers, margaritas, and other drinks. While we were there, they were in the process of setting up a big screen TV, which will make it an excellent place to enjoy good Mexican food and drinks while watching the game. I highly recommend Kokopelli Fresh Mexican Grill; it's definitely worth a visit!

This place is amazing! The service is fantastic, and the food is delicious. It's a wonderful alternative to Chipotle.
