Ordered a Grubhub order from here and was able to call in and make sure my order was just how I wanted it. The woman who answered was very nice and gave me a call back to make sure my order was just how I wanted it. The food was amazing also definitely would recommend.

Front desk staff needs some training in customer service.I drove 20 minutes to pick up some food. Front desk employee repeats my order, brings it from the back and forgets an item. No problem, so I remind her and ask if she can check if another item I ordered made it to the receipt. She comes back with the first item but a size smaller than I ordered (3 oz vs 8 oz). When I ask to have that corrected, her attitude made me seem like I did something wrong.Finally, I asked if I can buy the 2nd item since it wasn’t added to my order over the phone and I got the vibe she didn’t want to be there.I won’t be back, but if you want a chance at surviving, your team will need to treat people better.Don’t even bother asking about 10% off for cash or suffer the death stare. Stop offering it if you don’t want to offer it.
