After locating our reservation, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which ended up being 30 minutes. Despite being assured that our party was next, we had to wait even longer to be seated. Our waitress eventually took our orders, but after 30 minutes, we inquired about the status of our meals. The waitress rudely informed us that other customers were waiting for our table. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm as it had been sitting on the heating floor for too long. The lobster was overcooked and the flounder I ordered was also disappointing. Overall, the service was disorganized and lacking on a busy Friday night.
I absolutely loved the new Lobster Topped Stuffed Flounder at this restaurant. It has quickly become my new go-to dish on the menu.
When we arrived, the personal could not find the reservation. very deorganized recipe. if they found the reservation, they said it was 15 minutes. my enkel said to me when they make a reservation, why should we wait. the 15 minutes were 30. when I asked for our reservation, the host said our party was the next. when we were finally called to our table, our waitress took our orders in a reasonable time. after 30 minutes I asked them about our commands. she was very rude that others were waiting for us. shortly after, our food arrived. Although the plates were hot, it was not eating. our commands were apparently sitting on the heating floor. the lobster was completely overcooked and the flounder I ordered. the waitress was removed for a busy Friday night.
The new lobster-topped stuffed flounder was excellent. It is now my favorite item on the menu.
The crab legs were old, dry and only half full. This was a real disappointment and a waste of hard earned money!
