WOW!!! I have had some gluten free sweets before, but none that taste better than the *looks both ways* gluten goody treats. THIS PLACE PROVED ME WRONG!!! I got a cupcake, brownie, cookie sandwich, and a peanut butter chocolate thingy. I would give them all 5/5! Descriptions would be... Delicious. Moist. Amazing. Sweet. Perfect. MORE! The last one isn't a description of the food but how I felt after my first bite!! A completely dedicated gluten free facility that offers vegan friendly and nut free options! I can't wait to go back!!!

Got a gluten free cake for my girlfriend's birthday as well as some bagels and snicker doodles, and we absolutely loved all of it! I would have gladly paid double for the cake will be sure to go back here!!

We visited The Happy Mixer last night and ordered two jumbo cupcakes (red velvet and salted caramel), along with some cookies and crumb cake to share. Every single item we tried was incredibly delicious. What impressed us the most was that each treat had the perfect balance of sweetness, moisture, and flavor. This was my third time enjoying their offerings, and I’m sure I’ll keep returning. Thank you for creating such wonderful gluten-free baked goods!
