Etalian - CHAGRIN FALLS

This pizzeria opened its doors in August 2021. We tried two personal pizzas: one topped with basil and the other with mushrooms and hot peppers. The basil pizza was quite bland, while the mushroom and hot pepper option was delicious. We opted for a vegan cheese substitute on both pizzas, which added $3 to the base price of $10 each. The pizzas were finished with olive oil, but next time we’ll ask for less, as ours were quite oily — there was even oil pooled on the pizzas and excess oil on the exhaust box. I think the menu could be improved by including a plant-based "meat" topping. All pizza styles are clearly marked, but there’s no build-your-own option available. The service was excellent; our pizza orders were taken promptly, and the pizzas were ready in just 10 minutes.
