Wabo's Pizza Sub and Donair - CETICAMP

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. They either forgot to prepare our order or gave it to someone else by mistake. When we inquired about the status of our food, they yelled at us and told us to leave. This happened even after we had already paid for our meal and waited for an hour. This was hands down the worst dining experience we had in Cape Breton. I would recommend skipping this place and finding another restaurant instead.

The pizza at this restaurant is terrible, with a crust that tastes like cardboard and prices that are way too high. It used to be decent, but in the last few years, the quality has gone downhill. Several people I know feel the same way.

You can bring your own vegan cheese and they will add to your pizza. They apparently do this frequently. Would it be better if they had vegan cheese as an option? Sure. But this was a very welcomed accommodation for our traveling vegan family. : The grocery store in Cheticamp has lots of vegan products like cheeses and it is only a few blocks up the road. We had a great pizza with our BYO cheese and enjoyed a great view from the patio!

Slice wasn’t too bad, not great. Did find it very expensive for a basic slice. Service wasn’t particularly endearing.

Food was not palatable. It’s cheap compared to other restaurants in the area because they use cheap ingredients. One item presented was a pizza sun, was not even put in the oven to melt the cheese? Cheesus Christ! Veggie sub was awful, the mayo or mayo type ingredient may have expired as it was N-A-S-T-Y You’re better off eating at robins donuts or reaching into the ocean and eating whatever you can grab safely
