フィードバックを提供するThe products I ordered did not resemble the photos on the menu. I ordered a latte because it was shown in a glass, but it came in a take-away cup instead. If I had known this, I would not have ordered it. I also ordered a ham, cheese, and tomato toastie which looked nothing like the photo on the menu and tasted like cardboard. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a triple cheeseburger without pickles, but ended up receiving a poorly made burger drenched in sauce with pickles on it. I was unable to eat it because of the dissatisfaction. This seems to happen almost every time.
I arrived at 6am expecting Maccas to be open, but unfortunately the CESSNOCK location was still closed. I ended up going to the Stanford Maccas for breakfast instead. When I called the CESSNOCK location at 6:30am to inquire about their hours, I was told they open at 6am, which was not true. They actually don't open until 6:30am.
We waited for the food for 20 mins and now only got 2 of the fries when we ordered 2 fries, 10 nuggets, two chocolate ice creams and two frozen cokes. The dinning area was a mess with bins full no where to put your rubbish and my boyfriend and I saw a cockroach walking around on the dining room floor. The chips where cold and there was black stuff on the nuggets
Waited over 15minutes through drive through, to receive a chocolate milkshake, that had no chocolate in it. What’s the point in paying for service when you don’t even get what was ordered. Never again.
