Mala comunicación entre la web y el restaurante. Hoy hice un pedido a las 21:26 con entrega programada para las 22:30. Al darme cuenta de que no apliqué un cupón de descuento que tenía, llamé de inmediato para comentarlo. Me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que la única opción era cancelar el pedido. Les pedí que lo anularan y que luego volvería a hacerlo. Finalmente, no volví a realizar el pedido y, para mi sorpresa, se presentaron en casa pasadas las 23:30 con las pizzas. Si hubieran llegado a las 22:30, todavía lo habría aceptado, pero una hora más tarde y habiendo anulado el pedido, no era apropiado venir. Lamentablemente, no volveré a hacer ningún pedido.
