Domino's Pizza - Ceredigion

Myself and two friends decided to treat ourselves, thirty minutes after ordering I received a phone call from the delivery man, that could barely speak English and took forever to understand what he was asking of me, who hadn't yet even left the store with our food and told me to wait outside of my house so that he could see me. It was 9:30pm and cold. Once we received the food we found that one of the pizzas was wrong and so we called the store to complain, the speaker had broken English and it took five minutes to convey the issue so that he could understand. There was no apology for the inconvenience. It took 25 minutes for the delivery of the replacement pizza and we had to return the wrong one that was stone cold by then, that was probably headed for the bin. Complete mess.

After waiting a hour they tell us they have lost our order and we have to wait 20 more minutes for food. management a joke leaves other people to man counter and answer phone calls about other complants. Understand they are busy but headless chickens comes to mind

Be warned if you order on the phone make sure you have the correct money when they deliver. I was conned out of £7 as the delivery boy said he had no change. It's a ploy for a tip.

Ordered 2 vegie pizzas. Stupidly did not check them, when got home had 2 meaty pizzas. Too far to go back and sort out order. Useless.

Messed up the order even though they charge extortionate prices. Better off buying a supermarket pizza for a pound! And when the pizza arrived it was also cold and tasteless! Never again will I be ordering a pizza at this place at a ridiculous price!
