This place is a must try for anyone in Cholula! It’s a small vegetarian spot run by the sweetest family and offering the freshest, tastiest dishes accompanied by 6 different salsas. We had an amazing dinner and overall experience and can’t wait to come back! I can’t recommend highly enough!!

Delicious food with fresh ingredients. I’ve never had flavors like this before! I loved the variety of salsas offered. This place is worth stopping by for a bite to eat. The owners are so welcoming and there is a great down to earth atmosphere. Gracias!

The owner greeted us with excitement and explained the dish he created. Food arrived with 4 different delicious tasting salsas. Palenque was also good with different fruit options. Family owned and treated us as if we were also family. Definitely recommend

An absolute must visit! The most traditional pulque in the city. In addition to amazing cuisine of tacos and salsas. On top of that Xchel is an amazing host and incredibly passionate in sharing his culture to the world.
